- Language Support: Available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Vietnamese, and Burmese
- Other Functions: Photo gallery for each hotel, link to the customer center, live chat consultations, etc.

- Notice : Used to receive notifications of new packages and promotions
- Location : Used to search for nearby hotels by current location and to show map location and customer location
- Gallery : Use when accessing storage box to store LOTTE HOTEL Rewards online membership card and when attaching a file for customer comments/inquiries
- camera : When taking a photo for customer comments/inquiries
- Location : Can be used to search for nearby hotels based on current location

* You can still use the service, even if you do not agree to optional access permissions.
* To reset access permissions, go to Settings > Lotte Hotel App to reset settings.

- You can find all packages and events from Lotte Hotels and make reservations with ease.
